Promoting the rule of law and human rights, as well as reducing the flow of illegal weapons and strengthening the involvement of developed countries in global governance institutions, are critical components of this process.

Promoting the rule of law, transparency, accountability, good governance, and non-discrimination at all levels of government.

Ensuring that everybody has fair access to justice and upholding everyone's fundamental freedoms.

Significantly reducing homicides, torture, rape, exploitation, bigotry, human trafficking, corruption, and organized crime reducing all types of abuse and promoting nonviolence.
